The Vital Life Community wellness program has allowed the maintenance and facilities department to be more mindful about wellness. We have had social events such as “boat day,” and a paintball party, and we look forward to the upcoming Christmas party. The recent wellness assessments that were distributed seem to respect the privacy of the employees, while at the same time honoring the choices that each individual makes in life.
