I believe in vocational wellness. We have a team of good people, who are dedicated to their jobs. I try to create an environment of trust so that the people who work for me know they can come to me if they need anything. For the emotional wellness of our team we pitch in together, so that the workload is never too much. It takes a great team to do all the work that we do for our staff and residents, which also includes everything from painting, to technical set up, to taking out the trash. We are a wellness team!
