Team Fitness Gurus: Creating Your Fitness Plan No. 2





The basics that any athlete will follow contains an exercise regime that is varied and that allows for growth concerning flexibility, and strength and endurance. Stereotyping is a concern for the athlete. Determining what each age group should be able to do from stereotypes is an athlete’s worst enemy. This attitude creates barriers for opportunities and developing physical fitness based on individual goals and abilities. The ages of 50, 60, 70, 80 and even 90 are not necessarily considered old anymore if we develop an athlete’s work and plan to remain vital.
