All members of a culture must decide
for themselves their identity within the group: who to be, how much influence
and control they need to satisfy goals, and how intimate relationships
become. Therefore, the question becomes
what is the relative importance of relationship building in your community. The rules of psychological safety include
honoring personal boundaries while promoting love and respect for the members
of the community.
