St. Leonard's construction workers deserve a break once in a while.
In the hot months the Assisted care residents prepare a cooler filled with popsicles and cool wash cloths for their enjoyment and a chance to cool off. In the warmer months they bake and decorate cookies for them to enjoy. This time we had the foreman come to the Activities Room so we could present them to him to share with all his workers.
What a thrill it is for the residents to be doing something that touches others' lives in such a sweet way!
