Virtual Team Parkinson's Research: Silent Stroke Update

Team Parkinson’s has 15 members.  This week we looked at a study showing that researchers at the university's Faculty of Life Sciences have now discovered that a small stroke, also known as a silent stroke, can cause Parkinson's disease. This is a proposed theory as to why healthy people develop Parkinson’s.  Their findings have been published in the journal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity.
