University of Florida Health Podcast. It cites a study that
documents the benefits of socializing while you’re working out. The most
exciting benefit of socializing while exercising appears to be the mental
health benefits. The article goes on to say that, “according to Health
Promotion, those who engaged in vigorous exercise for 20 minutes at least three
days a week were less likely to report poor mental health and perceived
stress.”
This is the essence of the Vital
