The staff at the Health and Rehab Center wanted to do something special for our armed forces serving overseas this Christmas. We collected over 100 donated items to send them – everything from chapstick to gummi bears. What a great way to demonstrate our core values.

Team Caring Hearts: Decorating the Facility for the Holidays!

Team Caring Hearts of the St. Leonard Health Care Center decorated the facility for the 4th of July. The team was divided to form smaller teams, who were given specific areas to decorate. There was great team effort and spirit, and the residents LOVED it! ~Submitted by Administrator Aileen Jones~
