Music and Exercise

You may have noticed that many sophisticated health clubs and fitness gurus like to include music in their fitness programming for a more holistic approach to exercise. Research has proven that music is a beneficial addition to exercise because it is helpful for the mind, body, and spirit. For example, the right music selection for the exercise will help the student be aware of the intensity of the upcoming exercise or program, and it may help with motivation and working through difficult routines. Research has also found that music and exercise may even assist with neuromuscular or orthopedic disorders to enhance the accomplishment of gait and rhythm.
