Sneakers Splash offers
fun in shallow water with moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular
endurance. No swimming ability require. A special Silver Sneakers kickboard is
used to develop strength, balance, and coordination. Remember pool workouts are
a great way to build up endurance! Unlike many land exercises, the water allows
the body to remain buoyant, which means less impact on the joints and muscles.
For those that have never tried a water class this is the perfect place to
start! All Franciscan Members are welcome to attend as well!
