Wellness can be defined as the harmonious balance between our physical, emotional, and spiritual worlds. On a day to day basis we need to feed our spiritual hunger, calm our emotional insecurities, and care for our physical bodies. When we neglect one of these areas, we disrupt the delicate balance causing undo stress, worry, and anxiety. It is my personal philosophy that in order to acquire and maintain optimal wellness, we should look to fulfil these areas daily.
