Try simple activities with your non-dominant hand

Complete one overdo task

Take time to speak to a counselor to help with motivation and encouragement so that you can take charge of your physical well-being

Take a moment to relax, breath deep breaths, and relax your eyes

Week four is appreciation week: find one more thing to be grateful for concerning your team's ability to collaborate and trust each other

August 31st is National Trail Mix Day! Stagger snack trays throughout the office!
