Overtraining

Training like an athlete also means that you are attentive to signs of burnout or overtraining. Some of the signs of overtraining are decreased overall performance, unusual weight change, loss of sleep, fatigue, and irritability. Make sure that you take time to rest and try to reduce other stressors in your life that may influence your training cycle.
