Have You Thought About This...

“The answer to dealing with stress and anxiety could just mean spending time at the gym chatting with friends.”
This statement is from a recent University of Florida Health Podcast.  It cites a study that  documents the benefits of socializing while you’re working out.  The most exciting benefit of socializing while exercising appears to be the mental health benefits. The article goes on to say that, “according to Health Promotion, those who engaged in vigorous exercise for 20 minutes at least three days a week were less likely to report poor mental health and perceived stress.”

This is the essence of the Vital Life model; ever  increasing fun & function in the physical, emotional, & nutritional dimensions of life!  The research is pouring in as we speak on this subject.  The moral of the story is—don’t go at it alone.  Enjoy your friends, enjoy your activities, while you enjoy your life!  Sounds like a  formula for success. Let’s move!
